30-Day Returns

Unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

Look up your order on the Track Order page or in your Account > Orders dashboard.
Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and the reason for return.
We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Parts that show signs of installation or use, electrical components once installed, and special-order or clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Wrong or Defective Part

If you received the wrong part or a defective item, contact us within 30 days and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
